Requirements

• call center experience v(HKT/PCCW etc also cannnn!!) / 做開前線teller (要最近兩三年穩定相關工作經驗)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Customer Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally via phone and other communication channels, with strictly zero sales targets or cold-calling responsibilities.

• Account & Service Inquiries: Provide accurate information regarding general banking products, account services, and operational procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Back Office Operations: Support daily administrative operations, document verification, and data entry tasks to ensure seamless transaction processing and service delivery.
