Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary from HKD 20,000 plus guaranteed commission
- Total monthly income: HKD 27,000 – 35,000+
- Double pay and performance bonus
- 18 days annual leave, 8 rest days, and public holiday compensation
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong CRM experience is highly preferred, including client appointments, client development, and participation in client events
- Strong emphasis on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience
