Retail Sales Associate (Full Commission & Double Pay)
Locations: Tung Chung / Hong Kong Island / Yuen Long / Tsuen Wan
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly income approximately HKD 19,000 – 22,000
- Uncapped commission and year-end double pay
- 8 rest days per month
- Public holiday compensation
- 17 days public holiday leave, 12 days annual leave, plus 1 birthday leave
- Strong work-life balance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of full-time retail sales experience in apparel, footwear, bags, or accessories
- Enjoy one-on-one customer engagement and CRM
- Strong customer service skills and genuine interest in developing a retail career
- Professional training will be provided
