Full-Time Sales Associate – Fashion & Bags (Tung Chung Outlet)
Working Hours & Benefits
- Early closing retail environment; store closes by 8:00 / 8:30 PM latest
- 8 rest days per month
- 17 days public holiday compensation
- 9-hour workday including meal break
Compensation
- Basic salary: HKD 14,000 – 15,000
- Commission included; total monthly income approximately HKD 20,000 – 25,000
- Higher earnings during peak season
Requirements
- Background in fashion or bags retail is preferred
- Retail sales experience is an advantage
- Outlet environment with strong walk-in customer traffic
- Fast learner, efficient, open-minded, and proactive attitude
