Job Description
- Draft loan and security documents based on the terms and conditions outlined in a specific corporate or project loan application.
- Coordinate with relevant parties or legal professionals regarding the terms and conditions (T&Cs) and the execution of loan documents, ensuring efficient credit administration and management of mortgage loan
- Respond to client inquiries and requests concerning loan documentation and operational issues.
Requirements
- Degree with a minimum of 2 years' solid mortgage or loan operation processing experience, preferably in financial institutions;
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
