Assistant Sales Manager – Fashion / FMCG / Bags (B2B Portfolio)

Location 工作地點: Tsim Sha Tsui Office + Client Visits (尖沙咀辦公室 + 需外勤見客)

Work Schedule 工作時間: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (五天工作)

Salary 薪酬待遇: HK$29,000 – $30,000 Basic + Commission = HK$38,000 – $40,000 Target Earning

Position Type 職位類型: 6-Month Contract First (先簽 6 個月合約，表現欠佳除外)

Key Responsibilities 

• B2B Business Development 業務開拓: Drive wholesale opportunities and secure new distribution channels with local retail shops and independent boutiques to maximize market share for the bag category (開拓香港批發及獨立店舖商機).

• Account Management 客戶關係: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term partnerships with business clients to secure recurring orders.

• Market Insights 掌握趨勢: Monitor fashion trends, track competitor movements, and feedback market demands to maximize overall sales performance.

Critical Requirements 

• Experience 工作經驗: Minimum 3 to 4 years of solid B2B sales experience. Background in Fashion, Apparel, FMCG, or Bags/Luggage sectors is highly preferred.

• Client Network 擁有客戶網絡: Possessing an established connection with local retailers, wholesalers, or independent shops is a major advantage (希望有自己的 Connection).

• Education 學歷要求: Diploma holder or above.
