Sales Analyst – Business / Market Analytics

Location: Kowloon
Salary: 22K - 28K + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, customer data and business trends to support management decision-making
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular management reports
• Conduct market research and business analysis to identify opportunities and support strategic planning
• Consolidate and interpret business data from multiple sources
• Prepare presentations, reports and performance dashboards
• Support business reviews and ad hoc analytical projects
• Collaborate with different departments to drive operational and commercial improvements

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Analytics, Commercial Support, Sales & Marketing or Production Planning
• Strong analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
• Good business acumen and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to travel to Mainland China when required
