What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs
• Perform business development activities and identify new client opportunities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation
• Provide professional talent advisory services to both clients and candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations
• Match suitable candidates with job opportunities and guide them throughout the hiring process
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree holder 
• Final-year students also welcome (Can start as a Part-time intern first)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
• Enjoys interacting with people and building relationships
• Interested in business development, sales, and consulting
• Fluent in English and Chinese
