Description
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role covers counter operations and back-office support. You will deliver quality customer service and introduce retail banking products to clients.
Requirements:

Secondary / HKDSE qualification, minimum 2 years of counter service experience

Strong customer service capability

Keen on product promotion and cross-selling

Ready to join external promotional events

Good written and spoken Chinese and English
