地點：九龍區 | 時間：5-day work (Mon–Sun 09:00 – 18:00 on shift)

職責：
• Outbound 聯繫新舊客戶，Promote / 通知並解答 Inquiry
• 記錄客戶 Feedback、更新 CRM 系統及處理投訴
• 分析客戶 Data 以持續提升 Service Quality
基本條件 (Requirements)：
• 具 1 年或以上 Banking / 金融業 Outbound call或 Telemarketing 經驗
• 中英文打字達 50 WPM 或以上
• 溝通力強，具良好 Customer Service 態度及抗壓能力
