Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day branch sales and business operations for finance/sub-subsidiary units

• Lead branch personnel, drive business growth, and ensure targets are met for branch products

• Ensure branch operations comply with internal bank guidelines and regulatory compliance standards

• Directly manage client relationships, handle complex inquiries, and drive branch business performance

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE / Matriculated or above (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of finance or retail banking experience with a focus on consumer lending / personal loan products

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or branch leadership capacity with a proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets

• Candidates directly from major finance/money-lending subsidiaries moving into a bank subsidiary manager role are welcome

• Strong persuasive, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
