Business Development Consultant
Description
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and candidates through calls, meetings, and networking activities to understand hiring needs and career aspirations.
- Source, screen, and identify suitable candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Support business development activities by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-minded, proactive, and results-driven.
