Business Development Manager (Employee Benefits & Pension)

Location: Kowloon (Corporate Office)

Salary: HK$40,000 – $60,000 (Basic) + Attractive Incentives

The Opportunity

Join a well-established insurance brokerage with a long-standing history in the market. Unlike typical cold-calling roles, this position features a Warm Market Focus, allowing you to leverage existing corporate networks to drive business growth. We are looking for a professional to lead our Business Development efforts in the corporate and employee benefits sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Account Management: Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on Employee Benefits (EB) and Pension/MPF solutions.

• Business Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities within warm market channels and referrals.

• Relationship Building: Act as a strategic partner to corporate HR and management teams, providing professional advice on insurance schemes.

• Incentive Driven: Achieve business targets to maximize your earning potential through a rewarding incentive structure.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in Employee Benefits or MPF/Pension sales and management.

• Licensing: Holders of IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and MPF License are highly preferred.

• Network: Experience in handling corporate accounts is essential.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Traits: Energetic, professional, and client-centric.
