Salary: HK$25,000 x 13 months (Guaranteed Double Pay!)

Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Rotational Shift, Mon – Sun)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle B2B air cargo operations and provide professional customer service.

  • Manage cargo shipments using airline operational systems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and global clients to ensure smooth freight delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Air Cargo B2B operations / Customer Service. (Fresh Graduates with Air Cargo internship experience are highly welcome!)

  • Language: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.

  • Skills: Experience with Airline Systems or Cargo Operational Systems is a strong advantage.
