Loan Service Officer (Personal Loans)
We are seeking motivated candidates to join a financial services firm as a Loan Service Officer, with strong opportunities to transition into the banking sector.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Branch network across Hong Kong
Salary: Average total income HKD 24,000 – 30,000 (performance-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve walk-in retail customers at branch level
- Promote and sell personal loan products
- Provide professional customer service and loan solutions
Requirements:
- No license required
- Experience in financial company sales or bank call centre sales is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and sales mindset
