Luxury Brand Sales (welcome fresh graduates with luxury parttime experience)

Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service in line with luxury brand standards
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and repeat customers
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and product knowledge
  • Present merchandise professionally and maintain excellent visual merchandising standards
  • Handle cash, POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Support daily store operations including stock management, inventory control, and replenishment
  • Assist in gift packaging according to brand guidelines
  • Handle customer enquiries and after-sales services professionally
  • Comply with company policies, loss prevention, and operational procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or premium customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
  • Well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Proficiency in Cantonese; conversational English and Mandarin preferred
