Ocean Freight Operation Officer

Responsibilities • Handle full set ocean import & export documentation (B/L, Manifest, etc.)
• Coordinate LCL/FCL bookings with shipping lines, overseas agents and suppliers
• Communicate with customers on shipment status and delivery arrangements
• Verify shipping invoices and prepare billing documents
Requirements • Diploma or above
• 3-5+ years' ocean freight forwarding experience
• Familiar with ocean freight operations and Incoterms
