Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary HK$20,000 – HK$28,000 + high incentive (transparent scheme)

• For Senior / Premier RM roles (3+ years branch sales experience): HK$30,000 – HK$70,000 base + incentive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality one-stop retail banking services to customers

• Promote a wide range of retail products, including investment and insurance, to explore new business opportunities

• Identify potential business opportunities and make referrals to relevant segments

• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and bank policies

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 passes (incl. Chinese, English, Maths) or equivalent

• HKSI & IIQE qualifications required

• Candidates with either HKSI or IIQE are welcome, but both must be obtained during probation

• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Banking & FI

• Good command of MS Office and computer skills

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• ECF (Retail Wealth Management) qualification is preferred
