Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios
- Identify and develop business opportunities with retail banking clients
- Deliver high-quality customer service and financial solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance
Requirements
- Experience in bank branch sales (e.g. GBO, Ambassador, Personal Banking)
- OR Teller / Call Centre experience with relevant banking licenses
- Strong sales mindset and customer-oriented approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
