About the Role

Join our FMCG, Luxury & Retail team and partner with globally recognized consumer brands, luxury houses, beauty companies, and retail organizations. You will play a key role in helping businesses attract top talent while developing expertise within one of the most dynamic industries.

Responsibilities

• Recruit talent across Sales, Marketing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Corporate Functions.
• Identify and engage candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on clients' hiring requirements.
• Manage recruitment processes from candidate sourcing through placement.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent movements.
• Prepare candidate reports and provide market insights to clients.
• Support client development and networking activities within the FMCG, Luxury, Beauty, and Retail sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome.
• Passion for consumer goods, luxury, beauty, fashion, or retail industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and commercially minded.
