What You'll Do

• Support consultants in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct talent mapping and market research
• Assist with candidate screening and profile assessment
• Format and prepare candidate CVs for client presentation
• Coordinate interviews and support recruitment processes
• Maintain and update candidate records in the internal database
• Participate in business development activities and client projects when required

Skills & Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Undergraduate students (Year 2 or above preferred)
• Available to work 2-3 days per week
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn
• Interest in recruitment, sales, consulting, business development, or human resources
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous
