Sales Support Officer (Financial Institution)

Location: Central & Western District (中西區)

Salary: HK$20,000 – $25,000 + Year-end Discretionary Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Channel Support: 透過電話及電郵處理 Channel Agency 及客戶查詢，偶爾隨隊會面客戶 (Meet clients)。
• Operations & Admin: Handle client onboarding, account opening documents, and daily administrative support.
• Sales Assistance: 與 RM 及 Sales Managers 合作，準備 Sales kits、產品簡介會及 Client events。

Requirements

• Background: Prior experience in Banking or Insurance companies is preferred.
• Competencies: Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
• Bachelor degree holder
• Languages: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and good command of English.
