About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Network & Infrastructure Specialist to lead our core data center (IDC) operations and network architecture. You will be the technical anchor ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our enterprise infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee core data centers (IDC) and branch networks; ensure stable operations of switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.

• Disaster Recovery & Drills: Define routine inspection plans for IDC facilities (UPS, cooling, fire suppression) and lead quarterly DR switching drills.

• Project Delivery: Lead new data center construction, network expansion, and structured cabling systems from planning to acceptance.

• Security & Compliance: Implement security policies (VPN, VLAN, ACL) and coordinate internal/external security audits.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 8+ years of solid experience in large-scale enterprise data centers and network management.

• Network Expertise: Proficient in Cisco, Huawei, or H3C configuration. CCIE / HCIE / H3CIE certification is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of OSPF, BGP, STP, and hands-on experience with Wireshark/tcpdump.

• Modern Infra: Experience with Hybrid Cloud (AWS/Azure ExpressRoute), SD-WAN, or automation (Ansible, Python) is a strong plus.

• Certifications: ITIL or PMP certification is an advantage.
