Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing activities and supplier quotations according to procurement procedures （負責日常採購及報價跟進）
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of approved materials and spare parts to vessels （安排及跟進船隻物資運送）
• Monitor procurement status and maintain accurate purchasing records （跟進採購進度及相關文件）
• Liaise with vessels, technical teams and suppliers on procurement matters （與船隊、技術團隊及供應商保持溝通）
• Assist in resolving invoice and billing issues with relevant stakeholders （協助處理發票及付款相關問題）
• Support ad hoc purchasing and operational duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of purchasing experience within Ship Management, Ship Owner or Shipping industry （必須具備船務相關採購經驗）
• Higher Diploma or above preferred
• Candidates with solid shipping purchasing experience may also be considered regardless of academic background
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
• Responsible, well-organized and able to work independently
• Familiar with shipping procurement procedures and supplier coordination
