Admin Assistant / Facilities Assistant #RAS


Job Duties

  • Manage daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance, and office supplies procurement
  • Assist in planning, organizing and monitoring office renovation and relocation projects
  • Coordinate and negotiate with external parties e.g. service contractors and suppliers
  • Assist in organizing company activities
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects as required


  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in office administration, experience in relocation / renovation is a plus
  • Good computer knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
