Working hours: Mon - Fri 9-6pm + offer with lunch allowance + 17-20 AL + Medical + BONUS!!

職責：

• 負責日常運作，包括處理現金、開立及關閉帳戶，並遵守銀行規則。

• 確保客戶滿意，及時回答他們的問題並解決任何問題。

• 監察分行在客戶服務、等候時間和銷售目標方面的表現。

• 確保分行遵守所有銀行規則和政策，以降低風險。

要求：

• F5或以上學歷。

• 至少0.5年的Banking Teller分行客戶服務經驗（近5年內）。

• 即時可上班者優先考慮。

Duties:

• Run the day-to-day operations like handling money, opening and closing accounts, and following banking rules.

• Make sure customers are satisfied by answering their questions and fixing any problems they have.

• Keep an eye on how well the branch is doing in terms of customer service, wait times, and sales goals.

• Make sure the branch follows all banking rules and policies to reduce risks.

Requirements:

• f5 or above

• At least 0.5 year branch customer service experience (近5年內)

• Immediate available is highly preferred
