(MPF/ORSO) Customer Service Specialist #RHC
Description
Key Responsibilities:

Handle MPF/ORSO enquiries via hotline, digital channels, and in-person.

Process transactions including transfers, withdrawals, and scheme consolidations.

Explain scheme benefits, investment options, and resolve complex cases.

Promote digital tools and support outreach campaigns and seminars.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking/financial services, preferably in a customer-facing role.
-
Pass in MPF Examination is preferred.
-
HKSI/SFC licensing (Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent) is an advantage.
-
Knowledge of MPF/ORSO schemes is highly valued.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
