(MPF/ORSO) Customer Service Specialist #RHC

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle MPF/ORSO enquiries via hotline, digital channels, and in-person.

  • Process transactions including transfers, withdrawals, and scheme consolidations.

  • Explain scheme benefits, investment options, and resolve complex cases.

  • Promote digital tools and support outreach campaigns and seminars.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking/financial services, preferably in a customer-facing role.

  • Pass in MPF Examination is preferred.

  • HKSI/SFC licensing (Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent) is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of MPF/ORSO schemes is highly valued.


Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
