Description
We're looking for Customer Due Diligence Specialist for our banking client. Candidate from security or auditing firm with solid CDD, AML and KYC experience is also welcomed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process for onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger event assessments at the branch.
- Conduct KYC document verification and analyze customer profiles to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with customers to obtain any incomplete CDD information and documentation within established service levels.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of banking experience in branch operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and open to challenges.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
