Key Responsibilities for Business Development Manager
• Lead Partner Business Development: Drive business growth by cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing and new channel sales partners, creating strategic go-to-market plans, and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue in various territories.
• Master Technology Sales: Become an expert in selling innovative Cloud and AI products, leveraging creative strategies to position these solutions effectively in the market.
• Manage Deal Pipeline: Oversee deal registrations, provide accurate forecasting, and identify opportunities to win new business across different regions.
• Build High-Level Partnerships: Engage in regular executive interactions to strengthen existing accounts and establish new partnerships, enhancing the company’s market presence.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development) and external partners to execute plans and promote Cloud and AI solutions effectively.
• Drive Innovation: Stay at the forefront of Cloud and AI technologies by learning from industry experts and positioning yourself as a thought leader in the field
Requirements for Business Development Manager
• Education: Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on technology solutions.
• Strategic and Tactical Thinking: Ability to think strategically to develop go-to-market plans while executing tactically to achieve measurable results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage large audiences both in-person and virtually.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, seamlessly switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution to promote Cloud and AI solutions.
• Passion for Learning: A strong willingness to continuously learn about emerging Cloud and AI technologies.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with VMware and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
• Leadership Potential: Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Product Manager role.
Key Responsibilities for Project Manager/ Project Executive
• Vendor Management: Liaise and negotiate with vendors on all product-related issues, ensuring alignment on pricing, availability, and support to meet business objectives.
• Product Management: Oversee assigned IT hardware and software products, including developing pricing strategies, managing stock levels, and ensuring optimal inventory turnover.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive daily business operations to achieve sales targets, implementing promotions and strategies to maximize revenue.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and channel partners to support long-term business success and collaboration.
• Marketing Strategy: Deploy marketing strategies and manage vendor-funded projects or programs to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
• Market Analysis: Forecast and analyze market and product trends to identify opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and maintain a competitive edge.
• Operational Excellence: Handle daily business operations to ensure smooth execution, addressing challenges proactively to meet business goals.
• Promotions and Campaigns: Design and execute promotional campaigns to boost product sales and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements for Product Manager
• Education: Minimum Higher Diploma or equivalent in any discipline, preferably in IT or related fields.
• Industry Expertise: Experience managing IT hardware and software products, including pricing, stock management, or vendor negotiations, is highly desirable.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within the IT industry, with a focus on hardware and/or software.
• Teamwork and Independence: Strong team player with the ability to work independently and proactively manage responsibilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Personal Attributes: Self-confident, initiative-driven, outgoing, and aggressive in pursuing goals, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Market Insight: Familiarity with market trend analysis and forecasting in the IT sector is an advantage.
• Vendor and Channel Management: Prior experience building and maintaining relationships with vendors and channel partners.
Requirements for Product Executive
• Education: Diploma or equivalent in IT or related fields. Fresh graduates are also welcome. Best with relative intern experience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Personal Attributes: Self-confident, initiative-driven, outgoing, and aggressive in pursuing goals, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
