Human Resources Officer (All-round HR with Payroll Support)

We are a well-established and sizable banking organization with over 400 employees. Our company offers a stable and professional work environment with excellent opportunities for long-term career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Provide comprehensive support in end-to-end payroll processing.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist in the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures.

  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time, all-round HR experience.

  • Must have hands-on experience in payroll administration and support.

  • Proven background working in a sizable corporation with over 100 employees.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
