Human Resources Officer (All-round HR with Payroll Support)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.

Provide comprehensive support in end-to-end payroll processing.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist in the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures.

Support various HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
-
Minimum of 3 years of full-time, all-round HR experience.

Must have hands-on experience in payroll administration and support.
-
Proven background working in a sizable corporation with over 100 employees.
-
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
