About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and all-rounded Marketing Manager to join our dynamic in-house team. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and integrated marketing initiatives within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.

• Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Lead and manage key marketing projects from conception to completion.

• Provide strategic support for corporate marketing events and activations.

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to drive data-informed marketing decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.

• Minimum of 10 years of solid, hands-on marketing experience gained within a financial institution (in-house setting is mandatory).

• Proven track record in managing marketing projects and supporting large-scale events.

• Exceptional command of both written and spoken English.

• Candidates with outstanding public examination results in Chinese and English will be highly regarded.

• A proactive, strategic, and all-rounded marketing professional.
