Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify business opportunities by prospecting new clients through market mapping and business meetings
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent
• Involve in strategic planning and execution to improve team sales
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on division's performance

Qualifications:-

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Languages, or any other related majors
• Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  competing deadlines
