Job Title: Operations Officer (Check Processing)

Salary: HKD 20,000 - 24,000 per month, plus annual bonus and comprehensive benefits

Location: Kowloon

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, or 8:50 AM to 5:50 PM (flexibility to cover all shifts is required)

Job Overview:

We welcome candidates with teller experience who are interested in transitioning to a back office role as an Operations Officer. This position focuses on check processing and related operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify checks submitted from branches.
• Assist in processing basic account opening documentation and conduct AML checks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and an understanding of retail banking workflows.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a teller or in a similar banking role is preferred.
• Familiarity with retail banking workflows and banking policies is necessary.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document processing.
