Responsibilities

• Act as the Responsible Officer (General & Long Term Business) overseeing IA-regulated activities.

• Supervise and manage licensed representatives to maintain industry standards and ensure staff qualifications.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth, including product evaluation and market expansion.

• Establish policies and controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth compliance and efficiency.

• Regularly review insurance products and resources for operational improvement.

• Liaise with the Insurance Authority to address inquiries or requests as needed.

Requirements

• Degree and/or professional qualification in business, insurance, or related field.

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong Responsible Officer qualification and IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3.

• At least 10 years of insurance experience, with 3 years in a Responsible Officer or senior compliance role.

• Strong knowledge of financial/insurance laws and regulations, and IA guidelines.

• Proven experience in compliance management and client relationship management.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
