Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for legal positions, from client intake and job briefing to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Build and expand strong relationships with law firm clients and senior legal professionals across Hong Kong and APAC.
• Proactively source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, databases, networking, and industry contacts.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure strong matches.
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to successful completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in ANY discipline.  Legal Degree is highly preferred.
• Excellent sourcing and relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in the legal sector.
• Excellent command of English (able to do business call).
• A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
