Legal Recruiter [Associate Consultant / Fresh Graduates]
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for legal positions, from client intake and job briefing to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Build and expand strong relationships with law firm clients and senior legal professionals across Hong Kong and APAC.
- Proactively source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, databases, networking, and industry contacts.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure strong matches.
- Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to successful completion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in ANY discipline. Legal Degree is highly preferred.
- Excellent sourcing and relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in the legal sector.
- Excellent command of English (able to do business call).
- A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
