As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will dive deep into the Hong Kong financial markets, build relationships with high-profile finance professionals and drive business growth!
Responsibilities:
- Identify, headhunt, and engage top finance talent in Hong Kong using LinkedIn, internal databases, and creative networking.
- Pitch recruitment services to prospective clients, including HR business partners and line managers (eg Managing Directors, CFOs).
- Manage salary negotiations and offer extensions between clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Psychology or Communication is a plus.
- Prior internship expeerience in sales, CS, banking or HR is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must.
- Able to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with confidence to speak to senior finance professionals.
