Bank Call Centre Customer Service
Bank Call Centre CS (No need to handle cash counting / Permanent position)
Location: Hong Kong Office
Package: HK$16K–23K + bonus
Working Days/Hours:
- Monday to Saturday, 5 working days
- Shifts: 9:00–6:00, 10:00–7:00, 11:00–8:00, 1:00–10:00
- Additional allowance provided
Responsibilities:
- Handle general banking enquiries
- Manage complaints from corporate and individual customers
- Refer cases to branches or relevant sales teams
Requirements / Preferred Experience:
- Teller or Digital Ambassador experience in banking products
- Candidates with call centre experience (e.g., HKTC / PCCW) are also welcome
- Focus is on customer service and handling inbound calls
