Retail Banking / Investment Services Officer
Package: HK$23K–25K + incentive + bonus
Location: Hong Kong Office
Team Support Role (follow-up support included)
Qualifications: Must have HKSI 1, 7, 8.
Responsibilities:
- Execute investment transactions by phone for investment products
- Handle outbound calls and/or support hotline for investment-related enquiries and sales programs
Preferred Product Familiarity:
- Equity products (e.g., ELI)
- Investment funds (e.g., UT)
- Bonds, CLPGD, currency switching, etc.
Background Welcome:
- Candidates from bank assistant RM roles or securities sales support roles may apply for a stable transition into banking.
