Bank Personal Loan Sales (Welcome finance company sales / bank call centre sales)
Locations: Across Kowloon, New Territories, and Hong Kong Island (branch-based)
- Walk-in retail customer engagement
- More stable branch environment
Package:
- Base up to HK$18K–25K
- Quarterly incentive + annual bonus
- Total take-home: highest earning potential “more you work, more you earn”
Experience Requirement (1–3 years):
- 1–3 years in retail bank branch roles such as GBO / ambassador / call centre sales
- Customer-facing sales experience, including pitching P-loan or related products
