Key Responsibilities

Support branch account opening procedures, including: document verification, AML checks, and all approval processes

Responsible for approval of corporate and individual accounts, covering:
-
Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
-
Special account reviews
-
Search / inquiry requirements
-
Client eligibility criteria
-
System operations
-
-
Ensure account opening and approval processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Provide back office support and coordinate with frontline branches
Requirements
-
University degree or Higher Diploma will also be considered
-
Must have back office account opening experience in a bank
-
Strong knowledge of AML and account opening approval processes
-
Frontline branch sales candidates with account opening experience who wish to move to back office, stop chasing sales targets, and seek long-term stable development are also welcome
-
Detail-oriented, rigorous, with good risk awareness and communication skills
