Location: All Districts Across HK (多區有空缺，盡量編配近你屋企)

Salary: HK$20,000 – $26,000 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Counter Operations: Handle daily cash handling, counter transactions, and cash balancing for both retail and corporate clients.

• Account & Services: Assist with personal and corporate account openings, credit card enquiries, and general branch service requests.

• Client Servicing: Deliver professional face-to-face (F2F) customer services to ensure a smooth branch experience.

Requirements

• Background: Prior experience as a Bank Teller or Branch Customer Service Representative is required.

• Competencies: Proficient in cash handling, account opening procedures, and basic banking enquiries.

• Education: Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE/HKCEE (五科合格), Diploma or above.

• Languages: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and good command of English.
