Recruitment Consultant (2026 Fresh Grad Welcome)
Description
A client-facing role ideal for fresh graduates who want to apply their commercial mindset and people skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new corporate clients and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and assess qualifications
- Source and attract candidates through multiple channels to meet clients’ hiring needs
- Manage candidates’ job requirements, expectations, payroll, and employment benefits
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance hiring strategies
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Prior recruitment or sales/ TA/ Business development experience is an advantage but NOT a must
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
