Senior Manager – Risk Management

Job Highlights

• Key role within the Risk Management function
• Exposure to Board, Risk Committee and regulatory reporting

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare risk reports and management updates for senior management, committees and regulators
• Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and frameworks
• Provide risk advisory to business units on risk assessment, controls and mitigation measures
• Conduct risk reviews and ongoing monitoring across business activities
• Maintain risk appetite statements, risk registers and governance frameworks
• Lead investigations relating to incidents, complaints and risk events
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts on risk-related initiatives

Requirements

• Degree holder in Risk Management, Actuarial, Finance, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Risk Management or related functions
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, regulatory requirements and risk frameworks
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial services, insurance or banking preferred
• Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently
• Good command of English and Chinese
