Responsibility:

• Build new corporate clients and maintain strong relationship with both new and existing clients.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet our client's needs.
• Manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 
• Recent graduates are welcomed. Prior experience is not required as mentorship program is in place.
• Any experience in recruitment or a similar role will be an advantage, but not a must.
• Good written and fluent in Chinese & English
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
