Senior Project Executive – International Buyer Development

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand overseas buyer networks through business development and partnership initiatives
• Establish and maintain relationships with international buyers, trade associations and business partners
• Identify new partnership opportunities and formulate strategic collaboration plans
• Promote exhibitions, events and business services to overseas markets
• Organize and coordinate webinars, conferences, exhibitions, business matching events and delegation visits
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations and business proposals for different market segments
• Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling and client engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless experience for buyers and delegates
• Support pre-event planning, onsite execution and post-event follow-up

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Event Management, Exhibition, Conference or Relationship Management
• Experience in cold calling and business development is required
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in organizing overseas events or business activities
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Putonghua is a must)
• Willing to travel frequently to Mainland China and overseas
