Job Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall technology roadmap for AI Platform & Solutions, with a focus on LLM, LVLM, Agentic AI and Generative AI
• Lead and develop a sizeable team of AI researchers, engineers and domain specialists
• Oversee the development of scalable AI platforms and enterprise-grade AI solutions
• Drive innovation across areas including Digital Health, FinTech, Trusted Technologies and Intelligent Manufacturing
• Accelerate technology commercialization and bridge the gap from research to real-world deployment
• Work closely with business development teams to identify pilot opportunities, strategic partnerships and market adoption initiatives
• Engage with government agencies, enterprise clients and ecosystem partners to promote innovation and collaboration
• Represent the organization at executive-level meetings, industry forums and innovation initiatives

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of experience in technology research, AI solution development or advanced technology innovation
• At least 8 years of leadership experience managing large, multidisciplinary technology teams
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs and AI Platform Architecture
• Proven track record in building and scaling AI products, platforms or enterprise solutions
• Experience driving technology commercialization and innovation-to-market initiatives
• Strong understanding of software development, system deployment and solution delivery
• Experience working with enterprise, financial services, healthcare or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to engage with C-suite executives, government bodies and strategic partners
