Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer service at the branch counter and support general daily branch operations

• Handle loan application processing, document verification, and administrative workflows

• Conduct face-to-face customer interactions and perform outbound follow-up calls to existing or prospective loan clients 

• Maintain accurate customer profile entries and ensure compliance with internal loan processing standards

Requirements:

• Secondary education completed (HKDSE / HKCEE)

• Prior experience in credit firms, licensed money lenders, or the banking/consumer finance industry is preferred

• Direct exposure to loan application processing, face-to-face customer service, or loan administration/operations

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
