We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and matching them with suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination and offer negotiation
• Develop new business opportunities and support client growth
• Provide market insights, salary trends, and hiring advice

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and sales-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior recruitment, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage
