Description
Basic Salary + Commission + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Introduce the bank’s loan offers to new and existing customers via phone (outbound calls and hotline responses).
- Report campaign results and suggest improvements to managers.
- Reach monthly sales targets and meet service requirements.
- Follow all company policies and legal/regulatory rules.
Requirements:
- Secondary education with at least 1 year of work experience.
- Experience in call centre, banking (loan and credit card) is an advantage.
- Experience in retail sales is also welcomed.
- Strong phone communication; energetic and diligent.
- Can work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
