Logistic Coordinator [up to $24,000] #RAA
Description
Responsibilities
- Perform the order-processing in SAP System.
- Responsible for following up the customer orders.
- Coordinate with foreign and China suppliers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Support Sales team for daily sales activities.
- Prepare shipping documents.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above.
- With 2 – 4 years of experience in order processing will be an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility with good communication skill.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing is a must.
- Good command of both English and Chinese Languages. Proficient in both spoken English and Mandarin.
